My recent struggle is hair loss. I am vain, I want to look good, I need to loose baby weight, but now I may be bald before that ever happens! I am humbling myself as an act of faith. I posting my hair loss because I know that the Lord Loves to be glorified in my life.
I am praying (as vain as it is) that my hair will stop falling. Its some kind of cruel trick that my hair is falling on my head but still growing like a weed on my legs. . I hardly know any woman in Cambodia who has not struggled with hair loss or miscarriage. These issues are epidemic here. I am likely loosing hair due to the fact that I have a 4.5 month old baby. Many woman loose hair here, and I know that a big part of it is lack of nutrition, but also I believe it is an attack on those who serve the Lord here. The Bible says that Hair is the glory of the woman. Having it all fall out is scary. These pictures may not clearly show it but I am loosing at an alarming rate. Will you take a moment to pray for those of us who work in Asia, for our nutrition, health and even my hair., thank you so much.

I had a lot of hair loss after my third child. I think part of it is the hormonal thing going on in a woman's body after giving birth and also the stress and busy lives moms live. Don't stress about it - and besides you'd be beautiful even bald.. sorry, but it's true. I know you won't lose all your hair, and in time it will stop falling and be healthier again. Love you Victoria for who you are as a woman, a mother, a wife and as someone sharing the Gospel.
Hi Victoria, Prayed for you right now. I have suffered hair loss and it really is a struggle. I love reading about your family life and all that is going on on the mission field. May the God of all Hope bless you and your beautiful family. Linda
Oh Vic! I love you so much. My hair fell out like crazy after I had Joseph, I empathize. I love how candid you are about life :)
I too, had a lot more hair loss after my third child, especially around the time she was 4 - 6 months old. It was worrisome, but it did finally return to normal. I will be praying for you during this time!
